Hi I’m Esi, your skins best friend. I am a licensed Aesthetician passionate about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. After struggling with acne myself, I understand how deeply skin concerns can affect confidence and self-image. My goal is to create a welcoming space where clients, especially Black men and women, feel seen, empowered, and cared for throughout their skincare journey. I specialize in customized facials and scalp treatments with a focus on acne care, healthy aging, skin health, and overall self-care. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late-Arrival Policy
At Essence by Esi, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be documented as a late cancellation.
* After 3 late cancellations, you will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
* No-call/no-shows will result in the immediate loss of booking privileges. You will not be permitted to book future appointments with Essence by Esi.
Late-Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Your appointment time includes your full service time, so arriving late may shorten your service.
* A 10-minute grace period is provided.
* Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation of the appointment, depending on the remaining time available.
* If your appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation.
* If you arrive late, the appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time so that the next client is not affected.
